TMW estat:

Estat allows web access to track and view our customer's shipments, in real time and in detail. This tool serves as a ‘window’ into Thomson's TMW suites dispatch system. This allows customers to access status and details pertaining to client’s accounts and shipments.

In 2001 Thomson implemented a proprietary software solution that could be linked to our state-of-the-art WMS (warehouse management system).  This software solution has provided a safe and secure link that is accessible anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The secure site has provided real time status of inventory and activity for our client’s account, while having the ability to produce customized reports.

 

Customized Reports:

Thomson takes pride in delivering the most customized and crucial reports to our partners. Thomson's proprietary software was designed to capture the vital details associated with activity and key performance indicators to be used in forecasting and assessment. Reports can be made in any format and emailed or transmitted daily, weekly, and/or monthly based on the customer's requirements.
